This Shake-a-Light flashlight is your answer to a flashlight that will always work in your survival kit, even after being stored for many years.  There are no batteries to die or bulbs to burn out.  The Shake-a-Light uses innovative  magnetic force technology to charge a capacitor that will light a LED for up to 20 minutes. When the charge goes weak, shake it for another 30 seconds and you will have a fully charged capacitor for another 20 minutes of light.   We have even demonstrated the light will work in up to 400 feet of water depth however this flashlight will float.  If you suspend the flashlight horizontally on a string or wire, the flashlight will align in a magnetic north-south direction serving as a back up compass with the light pointing towards magnetic North.
